Boys Only Program
Recreational dance involves non-competitive, enjoyable movement activities that allow children to express themselves creatively while learning basic dance skills. Recreational dance focuses on fun, participation, and personal growth. Through this form of dance, children develop physical coordination, balance, and flexibility, while also building important social skills such as teamwork, communication, and confidence. It encourages self-expression and emotional release, helping children to manage stress and build a positive self-image. Overall, our recreational dance program fosters both physical and emotional development in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Competitive Program
-
Competitive Team (Ages 4+) Jazz, Hip Hop, Lyrical & Technique Foundations
Competitive dance unlike recreational dance, demands a higher level of commitment, discipline, and precision. To be successful in competition, dancers are required to take a technique foundation class—which build the essential skills of strength, flexibility, alignment, and control. These technical foundations ensure dancers can execute complex choreography with accuracy and artistry. Competitive dance also fosters resilience, goal-setting, time management, and a strong work ethic, while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship in a high-energy, motivating environment.
